Position: Golf Cart Inside Sales Representative (Naples Location)

Requirements:
   * Ability to operate a golf cart during a customer test ride.
   * Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
   * Professional Direct Customer face to face experience.
   * Willingness and ability to work closely with others.
   * Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
   * Adaptable to work, environment and process changes.
   * Must follow and adhere to all Matt’s Custom Golf Carts Policies and Procedures.
   * Valid driver’s license clear of any violations.

Job Duties:

• Selling and Executing Golf Cart, Accessory, Parts, Service & Repair Sales to existing and new customers in an        effective and proficient manner.
• Managing sales of walk-in customers, phone customers and internet leads.
• Generate a minimum of (25+) phone calls per day to existing customers as follow-ups beyond the sell and to        promote our products and services, and to potential customers to encourage them to purchase a cart or other services offered.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. • Work with dealership management and others as required to schedule and coordinate all work activities.
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining accurate cart inventory and proper charging of the carts on a as needed basis.
• Process all paperwork or electronic documents related to the job including but not limited to financial paperwork, work orders, parts orders and quotes for repair & services through QuickBooks.
• Perform all duties as assigned by management.

Position: Golf Cart Inside Sales Representative (Punta Gorda Location)

Job Summary: The position of Inside Sales Representative, offers financial opportunities based on your experience and proficiency related to but not limited to golf cart sales, you are the front line representative and a first impression of Matt’s Custom Golf Carts so you will be required to give the customer a level of customer service beyond their expectations. Requires a passion for sales.

Qualifications:
   * High School Diploma or Equivalent
   * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
   * Must be able to record and report data using applicable computer software.
   * Ability to lift to 75 pounds or more waist high with frequent lifting, twisting, bending, squatting and turning.
   * Previous golf cart sales experience preferred, but not required.
   * Required to work the hours within the scheduled shift, which includes Saturdays.
